My client is looking for an experienced Garment Technologist to play a key role in developing premium Apparel designed for adventure. Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence from development through to final product, working closely with Design, Merchandising and Supplier teams.
• Develop and refine garment specifications, construction and fit standards.
• Drive consistent product quality throughout the critical path.
• Analyse garments against brand standards and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Help ensure every garment delivers on fit, function, quality and performance.

Requirements

Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Clothing Management, Fashion Design or similar.
Experience: 5+ years’ Garment Technology experience within Manufacturing or Retail.
Additional: • Experience with premium Outdoor, Menswear or Ladieswear brands advantageous. • Strong garment construction and patternmaking knowledge. • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. • Self-managed, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
