As a Retail Merchandise Planner, you will support the planning and management of product ranges, helping to optimise stock levels, forecasting accuracy, profitability and overall business performance. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise and product plans.
• Analyse sales, seasonal trends and customer behaviour.
• Forecast stock, sales and margins.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock performance.
• Produce regular KPI and performance reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, design and marketing teams.
• Support risk assessment and forecasting process improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications: Degree in B.Com, Business Science, Logistics or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years experience in a similar environment.
Additional: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good organisational and communication skills. • Experience with ERP planning software will be advantageous.
