HIRING: CMT Quality Auditors (x2) – Cape Town & Durban

Description

Our client is seeking two energetic, detail-driven CMT Quality Auditors to conduct Factory visits and ensure high quality-production standards across Clothing Manufacturing partners. SA CITIZENS ONLY.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of goods across CMTs and service providers (cutting, printing, embroidery, pleating, finishing).
• Collaborate with Garment Technologists and Design Teams on quality issues.
• Compile AQL & S4 reports.
• Identify quality concerns and implement corrective action plans.
• Mentor and train teams to improve standards.
• Submit daily reports to Head Office.
• Manage schedules, workloads and factory visits.

Requirements

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Clothing Production Management.
Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in a quality auditing role.
Additional: • Strong CMT manufacturing and QC experience (factory & on-road). • Senior-level QA experience in Clothing Manufacturing. • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License. • Solid computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage conflict effectively.
