Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence across Design, Merchandise and Supplier teams.
• Develop and refine garment specifications and fit standards.
• Ensure consistent product quality throughout the critical path.
• Analyse garments against brand standards and customer feedback.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Clothing Management or Fashion Design.
Experience: 5+ years’ Garment Technology experience in Manufacturing or Retail.
Additional: • Experience in premium Outdoor, Menswear or Ladieswear brands preferred. • Strong garment construction and patternmaking knowledge. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. • Self-managed, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
